Who we are

Wellness and Wonder GB is the data controller for the personal data you share with us. We are a UK-based sole trader offering breathwork, somatic movement, archetypal coaching, outdoor experiences, corporate wellbeing programmes and small group tours.

What personal data we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number and any information you provide when booking or enquiring.
• Booking and payment data: details of the sessions, events or tours you book. Payment information is processed by our payment provider, Paddle; we do not store your full card details.
• Health and wellbeing information: anything you voluntarily share to help us tailor your session safely (for example, injuries, medical conditions or breathwork experience).
• Usage and communication data: messages, emails, WhatsApp conversations, feedback and support requests.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies where applicable.

How we use your data

• To provide the service you have booked or enquired about.
• To communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders and updates.
• To keep you safe during physical or breathwork sessions.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To improve our offerings and understand how visitors use our website.
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of: (1) contract performance — to fulfil your booking; (2) legitimate interests — to run and improve our business and keep you safe; (3) consent — where you have opted in to marketing or voluntarily shared health information; and (4) legal obligation — where required by law, for example for tax records.

Who we share data with

• Paddle: our Merchant of Record, who processes payments, subscription management, tax, invoicing and related customer service for all purchases.
• Service providers: hosting, email, analytics, customer support and scheduling tools that help us deliver the service.
• Professional advisers: accountants, legal advisers or insurers where necessary.
• Authorities: where we are required to disclose information by law or regulation.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We aim to respond to requests within one month.
