Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. About us
These Terms & Conditions are between you and Wellness and Wonder GB, a UK-based sole trader. By booking, purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
Wellness and Wonder GB offers experiences that combine breathwork, somatic movement and archetypal coaching. Our services include 1:1 sessions, The Outdoor Reset monthly walks, The Corporate Reset workplace wellbeing programmes, and small group overseas tours.
Descriptions on our website are an invitation to treat and do not form a binding offer. A contract is formed when we accept your booking and payment is received.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable tax. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
4. Deposits, cooling-off and cancellations
A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. The balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation or payment plan. If payment is extended, we reserve the right to charge an admin/extension fee.
In line with UK/EU consumer protection law, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking during which you may cancel and receive a refund of the balance (unless the event begins within that period, in which case refunds do not apply). The cooling-off period applies to the balance payment only; the deposit remains strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.
After the cooling-off period, refunds are only available if Wellness and Wonder GB cancels the event. Payments are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable to other events or tours. Cancellations are final once actioned with accommodation providers, and any goodwill credit is discretionary.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another suitable participant provided you give at least 7 days’ notice. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for handling the transfer. For overseas tours, at least 7 days’ written notice is required; otherwise payments remain due in full unless otherwise agreed.
5. Subscriptions and blocks
Where you purchase a recurring subscription or a block of sessions, the terms of renewal, billing frequency and cancellation are managed by Paddle. Please review Paddle’s terms before completing your purchase.
6. Cancellation and refunds summary
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us directly at wellnessandwondergb@gmail.com.
7. Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to book our services, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including any health considerations relevant to physical or breathwork sessions.
You must not misuse our services, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that interferes with the security or operation of our website.
You agree to behave respectfully towards facilitators, staff, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove you from an event without refund if your behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to yourself or others. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Health and safety
Breathwork, somatic movement and outdoor activities carry inherent physical and emotional risks. You participate at your own risk and should consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns. You must inform us of any conditions that may affect your participation at least 14 days before the event start date.
Our services are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you are under the care of a health professional, please consult them before attending. We reserve the right to refuse or remove you from an activity if your health or medical condition makes participation unsafe.
9. Travel, insurance and documents
You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from events and tours. Overseas tours are not ATOL/ABTA protected. You must hold valid personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and repatriation for overseas tours.
It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid, and to obtain any necessary visas, permits, or vaccinations. We are not liable if you cannot travel due to incomplete or invalid documents, and no refund, transfer, or compensation will be provided in such cases.
10. Intellectual property and confidentiality
All content, branding, materials and methodology on this website and provided during sessions are owned by Wellness and Wonder GB or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these solely for your personal participation in our services. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, record, teach or reverse-engineer any of our materials.
11. Photography and media
We may photograph or film events for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out in writing prior to the event. If you do not wish to appear, please inform us in advance and avoid group media activities.
12. Service level and itinerary variations
We aim to provide a high-quality, safe and transformative experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Outdoor events are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or adapted where necessary for safety. We reserve the right to vary, substitute, or cancel parts of any itinerary, accommodation, or activities, with no refund given, and will always seek to provide an alternative of equal or greater value.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness and Wonder GB excludes liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, enjoyment, emotional distress, disappointment, or loss/damage to personal belongings. Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to no more than twice the price paid for the relevant event or tour. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, war, terrorism, transport failures, or changes in local laws. If an event cannot take place due to Force Majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, transfer your booking, or offer credit towards another programme. Refunds will not normally be provided.
15. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of an event or tour, please raise the issue promptly with Georgina Brooker or a facilitator so it can be resolved during your stay. If the issue is not resolved, please submit your complaint in writing within 28 days of the end of the event. We will not be liable for complaints that are not raised during the event and only reported afterwards.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
